SPMF-Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation - SouthPosition Overview:
Delivers patient care to adults and/or children within scope of California licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Is responsible to ensure consistent compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborates with service line leadership to develop the vision and strategic plans for integration and practice.Provides leadership in developing the APC program. In addition, works collaboratively on operational program objectives, systems, and goals.Job Description:

NP-Nurse Practitioner or PA-Physician Assistant, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Certification required based on the department requirements.TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
8 years of recent relevant experienceAPC SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
In depth understanding of clinical standards of primary care practice including inbox management.PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

$114.13 to $182.60 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
