Responsibilities will include overseeing the operational effectiveness of the hospital, collaborating with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure, and making major workforce/resource decisions.Qualifications

Required qualifications:Bachelors degree in business or related field required.Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.Responsible for the measurement/effectiveness of all internal/external processes.Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.Ability to oversee major workforce/resource decisions.Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially.Preferred qualifications:Masters degree in business or related field preferred.Connect With Us!
