Job Summary:

As the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving all demand generation initiatives within the organization. This strategic leadership role requires a metrics-driven individual with a deep understanding of marketing best practices and a proven track record of achieving growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize demand generation processes and drive pipeline growth.Responsibilities:

Set demand generation goals and budgets aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies, including account-based marketing, media buying, digital advertising, event marketing, SEO, and more.Oversee and coordinate all demand generation activities, ensuring alignment and optimization across channels.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform demand generation strategy.Develop and execute growth experiments to test new marketing channels and tactics.Measure and analyze demand generation performance using key metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.Use data-driven insights to optimize demand generation campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources effectively.Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.Lead and mentor a team of demand generation and content marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, engineering) to ensure alignment and optimize demand generation efforts.Requirements and Preferred Experience:

7+ years of experience in demand generation or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of marketing best practices, including content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, web marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.Proven track record of driving growth and achieving marketing goals in a SaaS environment.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.Deep understanding of TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU analysis.Strong project management experience.Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of marketing technology and trends.Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Additional Qualifications:

Obsessed with metrics and data-driven decision-making.Proven ability to drive process and hold people accountable.Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong understanding of web analytics, SEO, and paid ad strategy.On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.

The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
