What are we looking for in our AWS/Google Cloud Engineer?
Location: Kissimmee, FL 34747 (Hybrid)Duration: 18 Months PlusPay Range: $70/hr-$80/hr on W2 (DOE)What You'll Do:Architect and Engineer of the client website.Develop and maintain engineering and architectural standards for on premise/hybrid compute, storage and data protections servicesMaintain Helm Charts and deployment requirements for Kubernetes (Rancher)Complete Akamai CDN implementations and updatesDiagnose and repair system outagesTriage and remediate security requirements across cloud systemsProvide system reports on both a regular and ad-hoc basis.Assist in creation and documentation of day-to-day operational procedures.
Basic QualificationsMust have Experience in both GCP and AWS CloudExperience with Kubernetes Rancher Preferred as OrchestratorCarries and maintains a relevant and up to date skill set in the areas of Linux, Windows, VMware, clustering technologies, resilient infrastructure design and deployment and automation.Individual must be highly resourceful and independent with the ability to quickly learn multiple disciplines and achieve manufacturer certification levelsAbility to describe and differentiate the features, benefits and disadvantages of competing virtualization and cloud platformsProven experience in overseeing the design, development and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.Improve automation and productivity of provisioning and maintenance through scripting enhancements
