Salary: $116,000 - $125,000 per year

The Program Director applies their expertise and knowledge of the Surgical Technology program in three general areas: faculty qualifications, curriculum content, and outcome assessment.

Qualification:

Five (5) years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist

Associate degree; Bachelor's preferred

Current National Surgical Technology certification, issued by an NCCA-approved agency

Must possess a CST (Certified Surgical Technician) or CSFA (Certified Surgical First Assist)

BLS Provider (AHA preferred)

Teaching experience preferred.

Salary: $ 110K-$125K/Year (based on qualifications)

Bonus: Offering Relocation Assistance + Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: Full-Time, M-F, 9 am-5 pm

Location: On-site, Hybrid, In-Person
