P-Card/ Credit Card Administrator

• Set up, add, change and inactivate corporate credit cardholder information and profiles
  
  
• Directly assist cardholders/credit card provider with problems regarding cards, transactions and expense reports
  
  
• Notify credit card provider of lost/stolen credit cards
  
  
• Perform account maintenance, such as changes to MCC restrictions, temporary and/or permanent changes to cardholders' account limits, etc.
  
  
• Send monthly credit card activity to executive administrators
  
  
• Assist AP with reconciliation of vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
  
  
• Experience with large accounting ERP (SAP/ Oracle) is a plus
