An RN assumes full responsibility for the patients on each team. Staffing Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
