CNC Machinist Lead

summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The CNC Machinist Lead will be responsible for the following: Leading machinist's on shop floor. Operating CNC lathes and mills to produce Precision parts according to specifications. Compression Knowledge. Conducting dimensional inspections and documenting results. Monitoring machine functionality and ensuring proper operation. Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to safety protocols. Documenting manufacturing processes in the ERP system. Reading and interpreting blueprints. Performing setups and adjustments to ensure part alignment. Manual adjustments through grinding or drilling. Inspecting work for conformity to specifications using precision measuring instruments. Maintaining equipment and work area cleanliness. Practicing safe work habits. Other duties as assigned.
