Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert legal advice to clients on estate planning, trusts, and tax planning.
  2. Draft, review, and modify legal documents related to estate planning, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  3. Guide clients through the probate and trust administration process.
  4. Conduct thorough legal research to ensure accurate advice and legal document preparation.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with referral sources, fostering strong professional relationships.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to estate planning, trusts, and taxation.
  8. Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  9. Provide business advice to clients as it relates to their estate planning needs.
  10. Utilize your financial and accounting background to provide comprehensive advice and strategy.

Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and tax planning.
  3. Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
  4. Strong experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  5. Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering client satisfaction.
  6. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  7. Strong financial and accounting background.
  8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and referral sources.
  10. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  11. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
