Entry Level Sales Manager - Management Training

We are seeking a candidate with a background in sales management/marketing to join our team. We are looking to add 4-5 new Entry Level Sales Managers to our team. Upon completion of the entry-level training, you will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

Responsibilities as our Entry Level Sales Manager:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints by meeting directly with customers and establishing genuine relationships
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Assisting customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issues
• Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele
