The Software Business Analyst (BA) will helps to shape the project from its very inception by facilitating communication between the development team and clients. The BA will help to deliver software on time, within budget, and according to requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

Capture, analyze, and document business requirements and translate into system functionality including designing and configuring workflowsInteract with client and project team members during all phases of system developmentCoordinate with the development team and customer to ensure on-time project completionIdentify issues and recommend solutionsMaintain updated applications documentation and training materialParticipate, lead, and/or coordinate end-user trainingAssist in preparation of the testing strategy and test plans; guide user acceptance testingAssists in testing efforts to ensure issues are identified and solution matches requirementsRequired Qualifications

BS or BA degree, preferably in a technology or business disciplineExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with othersExcellent written/verbal skills with demonstrated ability to present articulate and compelling proposals to a non-technical audienceFamiliarity with state machine workflow diagramsFocus on problem solving / solution developmentSelf-motivated and resourcefulActive listenerExperience with testing tools and end-user trainingSQL and Python skills a plus
