Hiring ASAP: Customer Sales Support Representative

Uspih Enterprises is a growing, privately owned sales and marketing company based in Portland, Maine servicing over 5,000 customers nationwide. Currently, we are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented Customer Sales Support Representative to join our team! This is a full-time, entry-level position. Complete training is provided with regular performance evaluations, one-on-one mentorship, and travel opportunities.

Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Support Representative:

• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions while closing sales directly with clients' leads
• Handle customer order-related questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Recommend products that will meet customers’ needs while making an effort to upsell products and services
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintain current knowledge of products offered
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by upper management if needed
