Precision Solutions is a growing, privately owned sales and marketing company in the Portland area, servicing over 5,000 customers nationwide. Currently, we are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented Customer Sales Support Representative to join our team! This is a full-time, entry-level position. Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Support Representative:

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions while closing sales directly with clients' leads

• Handles customer order-related questions, inquiries, and complaints

• Recommends products that will meet customers’ needs while making an effort to upsell products and services

• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Maintains current knowledge of products offered

• Performs all other related duties as assigned by upper management if needed
