Salary: $145,000 - $200,000 per year

MUST HAVE

• 10 or more years of expereince
• Background in Site/Land Development
• PE required
• Expereince managing people and projects
• Leadership capabilities

RESPONSONSIBILITIES

• This position is someone that is on the verge of becoming a VP and YES that is you that will become to VP
• Establishment of project teams, management and evaluation of staff, on-the-job coaching and training
• Seeking and communicating potential new business leads, communicate expertise of firm to potential or existing clients, proactively meeting with key clients to discuss projects/performance and other business opportunities
