We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing critical financial insights to support our strategic decisions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and detailed profit margin analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage the annual budget process, ensuring all financial targets are met and financial planning is aligned with strategic goals.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal levels are maintained and costs are minimized.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Create and maintain financial dashboards, presenting complex financial data in an accessible and user-friendly format.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (such as CFA or CPA) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Proficient in profit margin analysis, budgeting, inventory management, KPI tracking, and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent financial modelling skills, with experience in creating and maintaining financial dashboards.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and financial software applications.
- Commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
