This journey is based on a 'green field' approach to implementing SAP S4/HANA at the core enabler for this transformation. This SAP Practice at Simplot is responsible for creating solutions within the new S4/HANA landscape to support our company's dynamic global needs. Each team member will contribute to building solutions by utilizing the vast array of SAP products to support our business objectives. We are currently looking for innovative and driven Functional Analyst to join the existing team and contribute to all future business objectives. Simplot is a global organization with major operations in North America and Australia with auxiliary operations in several other countries. Simplot is just starting scope and scale decision around implementing SAP Global Trade Services. We are looking for a Functional Analyst able to guide a small team in requirement gathering through GTS configuration. Key Responsibilities + Be the functional configuration expert for your process area + Ensure your consulting team members of your process area follow program expectations + Represent your process area in design and build sessions and solutioning + Guide and participate in configuration in your process area + Participate and contribute to daily stand-up meetings with a small agile development team in a quest to rapidly deploy new solutions on the S4 platform. + Utilize agile methodologies for continuous delivery of solutions. Rapid deployment and validation of solutions components is a must. + Design, configure, and test developed solutions and collaborate with team peers on the scope of the solution. + Participate in continuous discovery of new solutions that will utilize the SAP Product Suite already procured by Simplot. Typical Education + Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university Relevant Experience + 7+ Years of proven experience as an SAP Functional Analyst or IT Business Analyst in relation to manufacturing and logistics processes and underlying SAP capabilities is required. + Proven knowledge of the SAP Fiori elements and how to drive standardization and re-utilization of elements in a quest to develop a common UX repository is preferred. + Working knowledge of the new Fiori tools is preferred. + S/4HANA experience is preferred (1809,1909,2020). + Good understanding of various integration patterns between SAP products and non-SAP Products and when to utilize these patterns when enabling a business process is preferred. + Good understanding of the development lifecycle utilization of SAP Solution Manager and how it will be utilized in a Dev/Ops environment is preferred. + Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is preferred. + Excellent troubleshooting and verbal and written communication skills is required. + Good understanding of standards, guidelines, and best practices to be used during development is required.
