Seeking out an Accounting Manager for a role in the Doral/Hialeah/Medley area!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and be able to lead a team effectively.
*Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation- Manage financial reporting and budgeting processes- Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with accounting standards- Provide financial analysis and interpretation of reports- Mentor and develop accounting staff- Utilize financial management software such as Quicken for efficient operations
*Qualifications*- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- Proven experience in financial management, double entry bookkeeping, and technical accounting- Strong understanding of financial acumen and reporting- Ability to interpret complex financial reports accurately- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and financial analysis- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Prior experience mentoring accounting professionals
