Direct impact on the quality of products going out to customers Strong potential to convert to a permanent employeeJob DetailsJob Details:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with our Engineering and Production teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met in our products and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating the precision and accuracy of our products. If you are someone with an eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for quality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Responsibilities: Inspect, test, and sample materials, parts, or products for defects and deviations from specifications. Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make necessary process or assembly adjustments. Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality. Use micrometers, gauges, calipers, or other types of measurement devices to inspect parts. Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate dimensions and tolerance levels of finished product. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop, implement, and improve the quality of products and processes.Qualifications: Trade School experience is a plus

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality inspection role within the engineering industry. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Familiarity with stamping processes and their impact on product quality. Proficient in the use of micrometers and other precision measuring tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
