We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide speech therapy services to individuals with communication disorders, helping them improve their speech and language skills.
Duties- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs- Provide therapy to improve communication, articulation, fluency, and voice quality- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to implement treatment goals- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes- Stay current on advancements in the field of speech-language pathology
Skills- Strong care and compassion for patients- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and swallowing- Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)- Familiarity with acute care settings and case management- Proficiency in speech therapy techniques and medical terminology
