DKY, a Minneapolis-based marketing and advertising agency, is seeking a full-time Account Director to lead client relationships and campaigns in the outdoor industry. Client Service
Serve as the primary client contact, building strong, lasting relationships based on trust and partnershipEngage with clients on all aspects of their business and marketing needs, providing thought leadership and strategic guidanceUnderstand clients' business, products, and goals, offering long- and short-term strategic solutionsCoordinate between Strategy, Creative, and Media teams to develop and implement campaignsAdvocate for the client’s needs within the agency, ensuring quality work that is delivered on time and on budgetIdentify and promote agency expertise to drive additional value for clientsAccount Management
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiativesCollaborate with the Account and Project Management teams to meet client objectives and manage project prioritiesOversee the creative development and production process to ensure brand standards and project goals are metReview work for quality and accuracy, ensuring final approvals before sharing with clientsManage vendor relationships, review bids, and oversee project executionContinuously seek opportunities for workflow and process improvementsWhat You Bring:
10+ years of account management experience in a marketing/advertising agencyExperience in B2C marketing; Outdoor category preferred but not requiredExpertise in developing marketing strategies and leading multi-disciplinary teamsStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyAbout DKY:
