**Shift:** Day - 12x3 - 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM - 36 hours per week
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience
**License:** License to Submit required
**Certifications:** BLS
**Must-Have:** Charge capability
**Job Description:**
- Work as a Chronic Dialysis RN in a post-acute care setting.- Be able to work with the Phoenix dialysis machines; familiarity with 14 machines servicing up to 52 patients.- Work schedule requires availability for as-needed scheduling based on clinic needs and census; no blocked schedules or scheduling requests.- Required to work clinic days, including every other Saturday.- No on-call or float required.- Manage and care for patients undergoing dialysis treatment.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate patient records and charting.- Ensure compliance with all health care regulations and safety standards.
