**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)
**Job Specialty:** Dialysis - Acute/Chronic
**Job Duration:** 20 weeks
**Shift:** 12-Hour Days, three times a week; every other Saturday required, call as needed, holidays as needed
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 1 year
**License:** License to practice as an RN
**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) required
**Must-Have:** Flexibility to cover both acute and chronic dialysis programs
**Job Description:**
- Provide dialysis care in both acute and chronic settings.- Work a 12-hour day shift with start times at 0500 or 0600.- Participate in a rotating schedule for Saturdays and holidays.- Be available for on-call duties as required.- Use Fresenius dialysis machines to treat patients.- Manage a patient load of approximately 140 patients across both programs.- Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the TBD charting system.- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the post-acute care setting.- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality dialysis care.
