As we continue to expand our services and clientele, we are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generator to join our team and contribute to our growth.
As a Lead Generator/Appointment Setter, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and nurturing potential leads. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers who are shopping in Home Depot, engage them in a conversation, and ask them about their current HVAC system and if they would be interested in a free quote for a new system or repairs. This person needs to be able to build relationships and qualify leads that align with our services.
This is an evaluation to hire position.
Duties:
Lead Generation: Approach and engage with customers visiting local department stores, initiating conversations about their heating and cooling needs, and identifying potential leads for our services.Educational Outreach: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our heating and cooling products, explaining features, benefits, and energy efficiency advantages to consumers in a clear and compelling manner.Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with potential customers, actively listening to their concerns, answering questions, and addressing any hesitations they may have about our services.Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our technical team to visit customers'' homes for personalized estimates and solutions that meet their requirements.Product Demonstrations: Conduct basic product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our heating and cooling systems, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of how our products can enhance their comfort and energy efficiency.Maintain Records: Accurately document customer interactions, leads generated, appointments scheduled, and outcomes in our CRM system.
TRAINING: Training will be held in Vancouver, and mileage will be reimbursed to commute to training
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a face-to-face customer engagement roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and convey technical information in an understandable mannerKnowledge or interest in heating and cooling systems, energy efficiency, and related technologiesExceptional customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help customers make informed decisionsSelf-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsProficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applicationsValid driver's license and willingness to travel to other stores or the corporate office
Pay: $25/hr.
Schedule: Thursday-Monday 10 am-5 pm
