We are currently seeking a skilled Solderer to join our client's team in Brenham, Texas. The Solderer will be responsible for assembling and soldering components to create electronic assemblies according to specifications and quality standards.Responsibilities:Perform soldering and assembly tasks on electronic components and assemblies.Read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints to assemble products accurately.Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve soldering and assembly issues as they arise.Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:2+ years of experience as a Solderer.Previously or currently has a certificate in IPC J-STD-001 soldering levelsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Previous experience as a Solderer.Proficiency in soldering techniques and equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications.Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Apply today!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
