McLaren Thumb Region has an immediate opening for an OB/GYN to assume an existing patient base for a retiring provider in Bad Axe, Michigan. Step into an established practice with a full patient panel under an employed practice model. Job Description:1 MD in clinic, 1 NP 3 days per week, 2 full time MAs, 1 part time MAThree provider group performs 460 gynecological procedures annually30-40 patients per day (inpatient AND outpatient) Work-life balanceDedicated surgery dayEstablished patient panelEnjoy a collegial environment practicing with another OB/GYN and a Nurse Practitioner. McLaren Thumb Region offers the only birthing center in the region and delivers approximately 370 babies a year.Employed position with financially sound organizationOn-site ultrasound, NST, IUI, and PhlebotomyThe office is conveniently located near the hospital.
