Salary: $100,000 - $145,000 per year

1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
3. Proven working experience in construction project management, including record of successful project delivery.
4. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
5. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
6. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
7. Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals, etc.
8. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
9. Excellent time and project management skills.
10. Strong knowledge and experience with construction management software such as Bluebeam and Procore.
