Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 per year

We're a premier, luxury vehicle group with a rich history in Southern CA. We're currently expanding operations throughout Orange and LA Counties and relying on an industry experienced FP&A Manager to lead us into these new locations.

Requirements...

• Forecasting, & budgeting
• Core Finance/Accounting background
• Financial & Variance, General ledger, and Ad hoc analysis
• Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
• ERP/Finance/Systems Integrations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

What you'll be doing...

• Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics to assess the company’s performance.
• Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements, recommend actionable steps.
• Develop and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure business performance and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations
• Implement best practices in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
• Work with IT and other departments to integrate financial systems and ensure data integrity.

Plus if you have...

• Able to work with HRIS (Paylocity), CRM (E-leagues by CDK), Dealer Management Software (CDK & Tekion)
• Good/Strong understanding in Data Analysis/Implementations (Power BI and SQL) and will help implement a new system (CDK & Tekion, HRIS, CRM all into on system)
