Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent FP&A Manager, you will be at the forefront of our financial planning and analysis operations. You will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  2. Developing and maintaining financial models to support decision making, including scenario analysis and forecasting.
  3. Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to the development of financial strategies.
  4. Analyzing financial data and performance metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
  5. Coordinating with other departments to gather data for financial analysis and reporting.
  6. Using advanced Excel and Hyperion to manage and analyze financial data.
  7. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  8. Participating in special projects as needed, providing financial expertise and support.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset. The following qualifications are required:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  3. Proven experience in investment banking, manufacturing, accounting, and financial analysis.
  4. Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to develop complex models and perform scenario analysis.
  5. Proficiency in advanced Excel and Hyperion.
  6. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  9. Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
