Job Details

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, driving key financial decisions and strategy. You will be a part of a team that is responsible for forecasting, financial planning, financial reporting, and risk management. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work across multiple functions and teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing detailed financial models and forecasts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they are completed timely, accurately, and in accordance with company policy.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies for the company, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Drive the implementation of financial systems and processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct data analysis to support business decisions, using tools such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification such as a CPA or CFA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven experience in forecasting, financial planning, financial reporting, and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and business strategy.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, and financial system implementation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
