Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where you will play a critical role in patient recovery and well-being.

1. Providing comprehensive and personalized patient care in a rehabilitation setting, focusing on improving overall patient health and quality of life.
2. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
3. Conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab tests, and overseeing patients’ health progress.
4. Educating patients and their families about their conditions and teaching them how to manage their health and recovery effectively.
5. Prescribing and administering treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized medical care.
6. Documenting patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
7. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
8. Keeping up-to-date with advancements in medical and rehabilitation techniques to provide the best possible care for patients.

1. Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
2. Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
4. TX Licensed NP
5. Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
6. In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.
7. Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
8. A patient-centric approach with excellent bedside manners.
9. The ability to work within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
10. Proficiency in using healthcare software and computer systems.
