Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and licensed Physician Assistant to join our dynamic and growing healthcare team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients with various medical conditions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient satisfaction, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations of patients and interpret medical histories.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries under the supervision of a physician.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, EKGs, and laboratory tests.
• Develop and implement patient management plans, including prescriptions for medications.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding preventive care, medical conditions, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies regarding patient care and medical ethics.
• Participate in continuous education, training, and professional development activities to maintain current knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.
• National Certification Commission for Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in a primary care setting.
• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, pathophysiology, clinical medicine, and physical diagnosis.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) software and other healthcare IT systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for improving the health and well-being of patients.
• Demonstrated experience in Healthcare Management.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
