Salary: $65,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Concept & Schematic Design -

  • Develop and refine design concepts based on client needs.
  • Produce schematic drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D images.
  • Collaborate with the Interior Designer, Project Architect, and Project Manager.

Final Design -

  • Translate client requirements into detailed designs.
  • Coordinate the architectural design with site, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.
  • Assist in developing project specifications.

Architectural Programming -

  • Engage with clients to define project goals and requirements.
  • Analyze site conditions and develop a project summary document.

Construction Documents & Administration -

  • Finalize design details and coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and participate in punch list reviews.

Business Development -

  • Develop preliminary design concepts for proposals.
  • Present design ideas during client interviews.

Qualifications -

  • Master of Architecture (Required)
  • Licensed Architect (Required)
  • 5-10 or more years of experience, preferably in education
