Salary: $65,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
Concept & Schematic Design -
- Develop and refine design concepts based on client needs.
- Produce schematic drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D images.
- Collaborate with the Interior Designer, Project Architect, and Project Manager.
Final Design -
- Translate client requirements into detailed designs.
- Coordinate the architectural design with site, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.
- Assist in developing project specifications.
Architectural Programming -
- Engage with clients to define project goals and requirements.
- Analyze site conditions and develop a project summary document.
Construction Documents & Administration -
- Finalize design details and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and participate in punch list reviews.
Business Development -
- Develop preliminary design concepts for proposals.
- Present design ideas during client interviews.
Qualifications -
- Master of Architecture (Required)
- Licensed Architect (Required)
- 5-10 or more years of experience, preferably in education
