Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year

Established GC with a presence throughout the southeast. Our projects include K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare, and Industrial, both CMAR and Design/Build.

We have seen steady growth over the past 30 years and are looking to add both an Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager to our Asheville office. The APM and PM will join a team of established professionals and will have the opportunity to learn and grow in their careers.

Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing commercial projects $1M, both ground up and renovation
  • 5+ years experience for PMs and 2+ years of experience for APMs
  • Experience with CMAR and Design/Build projects

Day-to-day:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budget management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met while adhering to client specifications and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to clarify project specifications and resolve any issues.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining effective communication and problem-solving.
