Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
A bit about us:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 8-10 years of experience, ideally in interior finish-out and ground-up projects (no residential).
They work on projects from ground-up or interior fit-out and by doing so.... they help each of our employees build a career. MUST HAVE
- 8 to 10 years of expereince at least
- expereince working for GC
- Interior finish out and ground up preferred but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train and guide other PMS and help incorporate mentorship program for team
- Estimating
- Ability to work on projects such as city halls, fire/police stations, industrial, medical and data centers
