Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 per year

MUST HAVE:

• 10+ years of experience OR 8+ years if strong previous PM expereince taking the lead
• Highly prefer GC expereince but will consider someone from subcontractor for very large projects
• Interest in large industrial/manufacturing/warehouse projects
