Job Details:

Our firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of residential and commercial real estate matters, including closing. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, with a strong background in real estate law. As a Permanent Real Estate Attorney, you will be a key member of our legal team, providing expert advice and legal services to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and services related to residential and commercial real estate transactions.
• Negotiate, draft, and review real estate contracts and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies if necessary.
• Prepare and review legal documents such as deeds, leases, and purchase agreements.
• Handle real estate closing procedures, including reviewing closing documents and resolving closing issues.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
• Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends in real estate law to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in residential and commercial real estate law.
• Proven experience with real estate closing procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a keen attention to detail.
• High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the community.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
