We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This opportunity offers a chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and handle complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and has a proven track record in Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Bankruptcy Litigation. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters including commercial, bankruptcy, and other related disputes.
  2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and court proceedings.
  3. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
  4. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve successful resolution of cases.
  5. Provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal issues.
  6. Collaborate with legal team members and other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation and judicial decisions that may affect clients and their legal proceedings.
  8. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
  9. Regularly attend court proceedings, depositions, hearings, and meetings.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Active member of the State Bar in good standing.
  3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Bankruptcy Litigation.
  4. Exceptional research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  6. Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
  7. Proficient in using legal software and technology for research, case management, and litigation support.
  8. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
  9. High level of professional ethics and integrity.
  10. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
