Salary: $200,000 - $265,000 per year

Our client has an immediate need for an experienced trial attorney to join their real estate litigation practice group in Manhattan. The role is with a respected real estate firm that participates in all areas of complex real estate litigation, trial, and appellate matters including landlord-tenant disputes (commercial and residential), general real estate litigation, condominium & cooperative representation, mortgage financing and banking, housing discrimination, land use, construction litigation and administrative proceedings.

We are seeking an attorney with 7+ years of recent trial experience in a busy real estate practice handling cases from initial pleadings to trial in state Supreme and appellate court systems. The incoming attorney will have significant client interaction from day one and be trusted to work autonomously to push cases to trial. Interested applicants should have excellent writing and research skills and be comfortable overseeing discovery, drafting motions, and conducting depositions.
