Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
A bit about us:The Litigation Group is the firm’s largest and the successful candidate will support multiple attorneys. Candidates should be self-motivated with superior organizational skills. Candidates must have experience drafting pleadings and discovery demands, overseeing document production and discovery management, organizing and reviewing medical and other records. - Legal research, legal analysis, eFiling (Federal + State), case management, trial support, document preparation, client correspondence, calendar management, deadline tracking, and high-level legal support.
- Conduct thorough legal research on case precedents, statutes, and regulations.
- Assist in analyzing complex legal issues related to business, commercial, products/professional liability, healthcare, personal injury, and professional discipline litigation.
- Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents and materials are up-to-date.
- Coordinate with attorneys and clients to gather information and documentation.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Review, proofread, and edit legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
