Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the month-end close process and prepare comprehensive financial reports in alignment with company standards.

Analyze financial variances and present clear explanations along with recommendations to senior management.

Collaborate with site leadership, accounting teams, and senior executives to improve processes, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, and deliver detailed operational analyses.

Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasting.

Coordinate and participate in both internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.

Implement and review internal controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Section 404.

Prepare and submit reports required by regulatory and tax authorities.

Maintain a deep understanding of the company's financial structure, policies, and best practices.

Design and maintain accurate and timely internal and external financial reports.

Oversee the finance team, including recruiting, training, performance management, and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
