Position:
Full-Time Montessori Teacher (Ages 2-5)
We are seeking a certified Montessori teacher who can create a nurturing and stimulating classroom that meets every child's developmental needs.
Responsibilities:
Observe, guide, supervise, and assess children in a prepared classroom environment.
Develop lesson plans, independent learning exercises, curricula, and methods tailored to individual children's needs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom where every child feels valued.
Build trusting relationships with students and set a positive example by instilling values such as honesty, accountability, respect, and kindness.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing written reports as needed.
Ensure classroom supplies and equipment are available and functioning.
Participate in school activities and accompany students on field trips.
Qualifications:
Montessori certification from an accredited center.
Ability to teach groups of children of varying ages, needs, and abilities.
Patience and strong observational, communication, and diagnostic skills.
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
A lifelong learner who serves as an inspirational role model for children.
