The successful Legal Billing candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing for our clients. Here are some of the specifics we would be interested in...

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit invoices to clients using various billing software such as Aderant and eBilling
• Review and verify accuracy of billing data, including time entries, expenses, and rates
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure all billable hours are captured and invoiced
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve billing issues in a timely manner
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment
• Maintain billing records and reports for management review
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in legal billing or related field
• Strong proficiency in Aderant or collections plus eBilling software
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred, but not required
