Local Projects with Continuous Backlog of Commercial Projects

Position Requirements:

Ability to read and understand architectural and civil plans.

Scheduling experience

Experience in bid review and qualification process

Construction oversight

Strong communication and computer skills

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in construction, engineering, or architecture.

2-3 years of architectural and/or engineering experience preferred.

Commercial real estate (specifically in Multifamily) construction experience preferred
