The Department of Neurology at the Wayne State University School of Medicine is seeking applicants for a faculty position on the Clinician-Educator Track. The Department has a strong tradition of clinical excellence and research and is housed at the Detroit Medical Center, the largest hospital system in Detroit Metro. The new faculty will:
Participate in neuroimmunology inpatient and outpatient services.
Participate in research opportunities and clinical trials.
Participate in teaching programs of the Department of Neurology for medical students, residents and fellows.
Participate in teaching and research conferences and seminars of the Departments of Neurology.
Other related duties as assigned.
Unique duties:
Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O. degree required.
Board certified or eligible in Neurology.
Additional fellowship training in Neuroimmunology preferred.
Valid Michigan medical license.
