Pay:

$20-28/hr

Schedule & Shift:

M-F + 2-3 Saturdays/month ; 50-60 hours/week

Saturday OT is an 8 hour shift

1st Shift: | 5am-3pm + Saturday OT

2nd Shift | 3pm-1am + Saturday OT

Responsibilities:

Soldering surface mount and through-hole components onto PCBs.

Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.

Inspecting completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.

Troubleshooting and resolving soldering issues or defects.

Collaborating with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications and skills necessary for the role, including:

Experience in PCB assembly and soldering, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment.

Proficiency in soldering techniques and equipment.

Familiarity with industry standards and specifications (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620).

Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Strong attention to detail and precision in work.

Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Commitment to safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manually solder surface mount and thru-hole components on printed circuit boards

Use microscopes, tweezers, and flux pens to complete assemblies

Work off computerized blueprints and schematics

Perform first article inspection (FAI)
