JOB SUMMARY

Pick and stage materials to keep assemblers supplied with parts between both Delavan, WI facilities.

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory transactions.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work from pick lists, material requisition and customer orders, pull parts from stock for use in manufacturing and shipping.Perform cycle counts as requested.Deliver and pick up required materials between the two Delavan, WI facilities.Keep assembly lines stocked as the line is depleted.Interpret work orders from moving product to its next location for processing.Move and manipulate parts from various containers.Communicate with inventory management to point out and help resolve inventory discrepancies.Perform other material handling tasks as required.Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Ability to read, write and process all instructions.Ability to verbally communicate effectively with others.Ability to operate material-handling equipment (such as forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.) safely and obtain a certification.Ability to operate shop floor computers.Ability to understand and use basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, conversion of fractions and decimals).EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or equivalent with at least two (2) years of related experience is preferred.Must be able to obtain DOT certification to drive the company provided stake-bed truck.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to sit.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Specific PPE is required within the cell.
