Machine Operator/Assembler

Position Name: Machine Operator Location: Cary, IL 60013 Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $18.50/hr Shift: 1st, 2nd & 3RD Shift Responsible for the total production process through the finished goods stage as well as for product safety and quality of goods produced. Monitors multiple high speed automated production machines to ensure quality production standards are achieved. Verifies correctness of components, performs quality checks visually/using inspection gauges, performs testing on assembled product, fills machine hoppers, performs record keeping using various production forms and PC, loads/threads tubing onto machine, utilizes hand held scanner to perform traceability. Must be able to lift/move up to 25 lbs, and reach above shoulder (approx. 5% of shift time). Must be able to read, write and speak English in order to communicate and understand relevant information relating to quality and production issues. Must possess basic math/PC skills.
