You will gain vast construction experience and haveopportunities to grow within the company.**Kubricky Construction Corp. pays prevailing wage rates and providesexcellent benefits including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, VisionInsurance, Life Insurance, and a Company Funded Pension Plan.****The successful candidate will have the ability to safely operate hydrauliccranes.****Essential functions of the position:****Perform a variety of tasks that will include having to lift heavyobjects, stretch, walk, climb, and bend under potentially adverse fieldconditions.****Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:**Following safety rules, regulations and procedures is mandatoryOperate crane to lift and move materials and other objectsPlan all lifts and take complete charge of all safety pertaining to set up and knockdown, operation of crane and proper use of capacity chartsPerform rigging inspection and daily crane inspectionRespond accordingly to both hand and verbal commands from signal personObserve the travel of all loads, and take appropriate action to avoid injury to personnel or damage to propertyRead boom angle and drum rotation indicatorsEstimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, resources, or materials need to perform a work activityMaintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day to eliminate potential hazardsPerform material handling and storageThe candidate must be willing to work long hours when required, some weekends and possible night workBe flexible and able to take and follow orders in an independent or group settingHave the ability to work in extreme weather conditions**Requirements:**Posses a valid New York State Crane LicenseThe person in this position needs to constantly move about a construction/industrial site, so should be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch.Constantly work in a construction environment and will be exposed to changing outdoor weather conditionsWork irregular hours, weekends, overtime, and holidays as requiredMove and work in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven surfacesMay be required/able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds across construction/industrial siteMust have reliable and punctual attendanceCurrent OSHA 10 requiredAbility to communicate with all workers and representatives on job siteMust pass a pre-hire drug screen (Drug Free Employer)Valid Driver's LicenseA high school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust be willing to travel to jobsites in possible remote locationsBase salary range: **Crane Operator $58.91**Actual compensation may vary based on factorssuch as related work experience, market conditions, education/training,certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well asapplicable knowledge and skills._Weare an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and we provide equal employmentopportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, sexualorientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, color, age,religion, protected veteran or disability status, or genetic information or anyother characteristic protected by law._
