Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting and enhancing a company's digital marketing efforts and online presence. This role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing content, search engine optimization, and analyzing campaign performance. The Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with other OURCU marketing and data professionals to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns across various digital platforms in alignment with the organization's goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:Developing and Implementing Digital Marketing Strategies : In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans to meet business objectives.Content Management : Work collaboratively with the OURCU Marketing Specialist to strategize content creation and execution for social media, website, digital advertising and email marketing strategies.Manage Website Updates:

Oversee website updates and blogs using Square Space and other CMS platforms, ensuring that all information is current and accurately reflects the brand.SEO and SEM : Optimizing web content for search engines and managing search engine marketing campaigns to improve visibility and traffic.Analytics and Reporting : Use of data analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.Email Marketing : Designing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.Manage Credit Union's Online Reputation:

Track and respond to member reviews, inquiries and feedback through digital channels.Compliance:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union compliance regulations to ensure all marketing campaigns adhere to legal standards and best practices.Collaboration:

Working with OURCU team members to ensure brand consistency and appropriate credit union compliance requirements across digital channels.Monitor Industry Trends:

Stay updated on social and digital marketing industry trends and adapt the organization's platforms accordingly to maintain relevance and competitiveness.Community Engagement Support:

Assist Community Engagement Manager and Regional Community Development Officers at in person and virtual events, when needed.Other Duties as Assigned.This is an on-site position located in Shelton, WA.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing, communication, data science or a related field.Minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing or related role.Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.Strong written and verbal communications skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred experience with CMS, CRM, and other data driven tools: Square Space, HubSpot, Tableau, etc.Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a strong work ethic and a high level of confidentiality.Financial Institution experiences preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform occasional physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching.
